These classes are held at Concord RSL and Community Club Nirranda St Concord West in the club auditorium. Classes commence 14th March. Get in early as some classes may fill quickly!

BURN! (LOW IMPACT AEROBICS)
An aerobics class containing only low impact moves (no running, jumping or hopping.) A fun, effective way to stay in shape without putting pressure on your joints! Beginners welcome. Bring at mat or towel and water.
PREPARE TO SWEAT! (HI/LO AEROBICS)
An intensive aerobics class containing low and high impact moves. Workout to popular music and achieve a maximum workout. Not for the faint hearted! Beginners welcome. Bring at mat or towel and water.
CARDIO-FUNK (BEGINNERS)
A choreographed dance class incorporating elements of Jazz, Funk, Hip-Hop and R&B styles of dance. Stay in shape while learning moves similar to those featured in the film clips of many of today’s popular artists! Beginners welcome. Bring at mat or towel and water.
DANCE AEROBICS
A dance and an aerobics class in one! Reap all the benefits of a traditional aerobics class while mixing it up with moves from a wide variety of dance styles including Jazz-Ballet, Funk, Latin, Hip-Hop, R&B dancing, Modern and Broadway Jazz. Beginners welcome. Bring at mat or towel and water.
ABS, BUTTS AND THIGHS
A class concentrating on those common problem areas! This class will start you off on your way to that six pack, that tight butt and firm those firm thighs you have been dreaming of! Beginners welcome. Bring at mat or towel and water.
STRETCH, STRENGTH AND RELAXATION
Unwind and relax with our Stretch, Strength and Relaxation class. Increase your flexibility and strength in a laid back atmosphere. Each class includes Pilates style ching and toning exercises and concludes with quiet meditation / relaxation time.
