Person must be clean and tidy, smokers smoke outside and no pets. Parking space available but not undercover. Kitchen utensils supplied.
Rates are $20 per night or $120 per week short term. Rent includes Electricity but you will need to pay for own phone calls and your own food. Linen can be supplied by prior arrangement.
