My registration gets rejected saying the e-mail address already exists, what do I do?That means you have already registered but for some reason did not get your password by e-mail (or accidentally deleted it). What you need to do is to go to ‘My Account’, click on ‘Retrieve lost password’, type in your user name and e-mail address (which you used for registration). You will then receive a confirmation code, come back to the site and enter your user name and confirmation code. Back to top
